    The Sephora community is happy and proud to celebrate Gerasimos Karetsas, FP&A Manager in Sephora Dubai, who led the team that won the LVMH #DARE LVMH x Sephora Finance Challenge.   At Sephora we believe that the best ideas come from within: we empower colleagues to invent new ways of working to further unleash our collective potential, embodying one of our Values: “Imagine fearlessly, make it happen”. It is the first time Sephora participates in this intrapreneurship program and invited its worldwide Finance Community to submit their original ideas to encourage #entrepreneurship at the service of collective performance.   The Team “Margin Tool” came up with a new way of analyzing financial performance at Sephora. Their creativity, dedication, and forward-thinking approach have earned them the opportunity to bring their vision to life. Congratulations to all the team Mimoune RABHI, Moiz Jindani, Lyne Kawas!   The two runners-up will also see their projects sponsored: bravo to Team Engage led by Ismet Mujovic for their app idea to improve customer service and limit product waste. Kudos to Team Flying Finance led by Marion Soucier for their HR mobility management tool.
