Last week, we held our in-person All-Hands meeting at our home in Lincoln! We heard from our CEO Robert Hanson, the Integrated Plan Team and more, discussing recent achievements, project updates and next steps at Monolith. Special guest and Master Facilitator Jeff Shannon coached us through a culture activity that allowed us to connect with each other on a deeper level.
