Last week, I had the honour of co-hosting our BlueConic Customer Success and Account Management teams in Boston to align on operational best practices and customer strategies. Most importantly, to spend time together strengthening bonds often challenged by remote work. Our teams truly excelled, laying a foundation of trust that will guide us as we return to our home offices. The week was filled with too many highlights to list with our teams showcasing productive collaboration and deep engagement. Our collective accountability and actions will ultimately determine the outcome. We've got this!! A personal highlight was a connection established with several of my BlueCrew colleagues. These photos capture the joy, excitement, and engagement we experienced, but on Juneteeth, one stands out today. Inclusivity in smaller companies means celebrating individual strengths and leveraging diverse backgrounds to drive success. It means creating a workplace culture where everyone can thrive. I'm inspired to be at a company where leaders and employees can collaboratively build a culture where everyone feels valued, seen, and heard for who they are and what they bring to the table with collaboration, passion, humility, grit, accountability, and curiosity.
