    Earlier there was no specific Logo for Escorts Tractor Parts, neither any specific Signage at the Parts Channel. After creation of parts brand E-TOP (Escorts Tractor Original Parts) in 2011, need was felt to establish the ETOP brand in market. As a result, certain initiatives were undertaken, like - Parts Packaging Improvement, Deployment of prominent Front Fascia at the parts counters of the channel partners. After creation of parts brand E-TOP (Escorts Tractor Original Parts) in 2011, need was felt to establish the ETOP brand in market. As a result, certain initiatives were undertaken, like - Parts Packaging Improvement, Deployment of prominent Front Fascia at the parts counters of the channel partners. Currently we have implemented new Signage at all the parts distributorships across India and targeting to comlete the task with stockist channel within a month or so.

  • SMS Based Customer Loyalty Progam for Secondary market

    This program is aimed at bringing the non-genuine parts users, mostly the roadside mechanics, under the fold of Escorts Agri Machinery Div and stimulate demand of genuine parts in the market place. The program is launched in May 2012 after almost 11 months of rigorous R&D in the field as well as back end preparedness.

    When I joined Claas India, there was no parts pricelist for the customers or the dealers - whether in soft form or in hard copy. As a confidence building meaure for the dealers, we conceptualized an integrated parts pricelist in hard form, which will not only supply information related to customer price or dealer net price, but also enable the user to find out the application & usability of the parts, commonality with other models. The entire project of releasing the booklet was achieved within…

As a confidence building meaure for the dealers, we conceptualized an integrated parts pricelist in hard form, which will not only supply information related to customer price or dealer net price, but also enable the user to find out the application & usability of the parts, commonality with other models. The entire project of releasing the booklet was achieved within a record two months time, from content conceptualization to layout designing to data compilation to designing and printing and distribution to netwrok.
