Unser DLG Prüfingenieur Thilo Keunecke ist Mitglied im OECD Bureau 🔝 Die Bundesrepublik Deutschland wird bei dem internationalen Gremium für OECD Tractor Codes von Thilo Keunecke vertreten. 🇩🇪 Der DLG Prüfingenieur wurde als Mitglied gewählt und diese Mitgliedschaft gilt für 3️⃣ Jahre. Neben den Vertretern des Sekretariats besteht das Gremium aus den 3 Vertretern der Mitgliedsstaaten Slowakei, den Vereinigten Staaten und der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Das OEDC Bureau ist zuständig für die Leitung des Annual Meetings und erarbeitet Lösungen für Fragestellungen zu dringenden technischen Problemen, die sich aus der Umsetzung der OECD Tractor Codes ergeben können. 🌍🚜🤝 Celebrating Thilo Keunecke's Membership in the OECD Bureau for Tractors! 🤝🚜🌍 We are proud to announce that our dedicated employee, Thilo Keunecke, is now a member of the OECD Bureau for Tractors. In this significant role, he represents the Federal Republic of Germany in an international forum focused on technical standards for tractors. Thilo Keunecke, a test engineer at DLG TestService GmbH in Groß-Umstadt, has been elected to the OECD Bureau for Tractors, which serves as the central body within the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) for technical standards related to tractors. This election is an annual occurrence, and membership lasts for three years. The Bureau supports the OECD Tractor Codes Secretariat in preparing for annual meetings and is composed of representatives from member states. Currently, alongside Germany, the United States (2023 chair) and Slovakia (former chair) are represented. The responsibilities of the OECD Bureau for Tractors are multifaceted and include overseeing the Annual Meeting, addressing urgent technical issues arising from the implementation of OECD Tractor Codes, and offering advice in writing while inviting participating countries to present topics. This election clearly showcases DLG's and Thilo Keunecke's high competence within this international body. We have established a firm position within the network of international tractor experts and play a pivotal role in critical regulatory decisions. The Federal Republic of Germany is represented in matters related to OECD Tractor Codes by the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Bundesministerium für Ernährung und Landwirtschaft) as the National Designated Authority (NDA). Various national stakeholders, including the Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau e.V. (VDMA), the Social Insurance for Agriculture, Forestry, and Horticulture (SVLFG), the German Farmers' Association (Deutscher Bauernverband e.V.), the Federal Association of Agricultural Contractors (Bundesverband Lohnunternehmen), the Federal Association of Machinery Rings e. V. (Bundesverband der Maschinenringe e.V.), and DLG TestService GmbH as the German OECD testing body, support Germany in addressing relevant questions regarding changes and adjustments to the OECD Tractor Codes.
