ERMC Aviation LLC Unifi Region#5 Celebrates June with Pride at JFK- An event that champions inclusivity and celebrates the rich diversity of our workforce🌈. We are dedicated to educating and elevating our employees by facilitating impactful conversations and sharing insights that nurture and inspire a culture of acceptance. A wonderful event held Hybrid and in-person with special Speaker Robert Vitelli CEO of LGBT Network presenting an informational and educational workshop named LGBTQ 101 Workshop for the Workplace. He spoke about gaining awareness, building knowledge and skill to create safe spaces for LGBT people in the workplace. An event full of prizes, information, diversity, fun, food and more. Thank you Ruby Beal, SPHR, SHRM-SCP for collaborating and supporting us to make this event wonderful as well as the Region #5 JFK Leadership and headquarters teamwork.
