36 years and counting with Standard Motor Products. I wake up every day happy to work for such a great company and people.

Congrats to all at Smp. Starting with Larry and eric and all who came before them. You don’t last, thrive, and stay relevant for over 100 years without valuing your team, and it’s been obvious by the way the team respects management at Smp that they feel valued.

It's the best Aftermarket company to work for and I'm not aware of any outside company that can compare. Period.

As a former employee for over 35 years,  my congratulations to the prior and current management.  Shout-out to Larry and Eric.
