It's interesting to see how AI is changing how we work, but I think it's too soon to say goodbye to PowerPoint completely. As a Presentation Designer, I've used many design tools, but none of them are as good as PowerPoint. Despite people saying bad things about it, PowerPoint is still really useful for making presentations. It can do more than just design—it has lots of different features. And Powerpoint with Copilot is likely to surpass many other tools. With Copilot's AI assistance, PowerPoint will become even more powerful and efficient than before.
Way to soon to declare it dead. After exploring multiple options, I can vouch for the fact that PowerPoint can even compete against editing/animation tools like after effects /premier pro. There are some things which are just too easy in PowerPoint, and it gives great options for expressing your creativity. For people who enjoy spending time on the creative aspects, PowerPoint will still remain useful. You can't tell a singer "why are your straining your voice so much, why not just play it on YouTube".
I am sure Microsoft will not let that happen. Recently i downloaded Microsoft AI keyboard on my Android phone, it has changed everything, with keyboard MS has integrated so many AI tools... Point is MS power point will also have buildin AI co-pilot and it will change the game for all small AI players, they have full builtin eco system for both corp as well as home users

Thanks for sharing this, I think power point still a important tool, combining AI engine with ppt user-friendly tools is the best way to maximize AI efficiency in the work enviroment.
