Overview
Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
This role is part of the Quality Solutions and Implementation team in the Training and Quality pillar of Trust and Safety Operations. Focused on improving quality, the Quality Solutions Specialist will be responsible for the design and solutioning of our quality measurements framework. The role will work cross functionality to ensure that optimum solutions are built to support our quality and moderation operational teams in ensuring a safe platform for our users.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for owning and improving the E2E quality solutions and processes, ensuring strong adherence and implementation across regions, for TikTok.
- Design and develop moderation quality processes and strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement a comprehensive moderation quality strategy that aligns with the company's values, policies, and industry best practices.
- Define and establish clear quality standards and metrics for moderation operation (including metrics definition, target setting, etc.).
- Develop methodologies for measuring and monitoring quality, and implement mechanisms for continuous improvement.
- Lead strategic quality initiatives involving planning, organizing, and partnering with business leaders from the designing stage to the execution stage.
- Proactively identify issues, and improvement areas of enhancements that provide value-added insights and lead/implement strategic initiatives, and conduct an in-depth analysis of existing moderation processes, tools, and policies to identify areas for improvement in quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Lead and drive transformational initiatives to optimize moderation practices, including process redesign, technology implementation, and automation strategies.
- Partner with implementation teams to drive change management on a global scale.
- Gather feedback from implementation teams on each aspect of the process, and challenges and resolve potential problems.
