Hot Vegan Summer is here. Hosted our 1st pop-up in honor of the new Purple Carrot summer menu - and whoa boy - did Chicago show out despite the rain! We sold out quick + heard nothing but raves from everyone eating. 😎 All summer nights should be spent surrounded by good vibes, good people + good food. Special thanks to everyone that made it possible - Chef Max (aka Herbivore Chicago) Renee Gabbett, Sophie Pepper, Marcus H., Michelle Boule, Rebecca Noren Schlosberg MS, RDN, LDN, Grace Marrese, Jessica Walker, Cecilia Hutchings, Annick Thomas, Craig Muscanell and tons of others that brought this to life in no time! Our Product and Engineering team had their team summit! The team gathered for a three day brainstorming session, filled with fun team building activities (like designing and engineering a chicken out of Legos!) and ideating about the rest of 2024 🤓 Feeling energized about bringing the best products forward to our customers! 🚀

Office perk? Onsite tasting experiences! Our culinary team recently shared a taste of what’s coming up on the menu, flavors that inspire them and some new culinary innovations 🤤 All plant-based, all mind-bogglingly delicious. We may be biased but food people are the best people.

Our 2024 Kick Off meeting was a success! We enjoyed some wintery fun at Top Golf in Canton and AceBounce in Chicago. We’re feeling energized and ready to dive into 2024! 🌱
