Today, we’re highlighting #SonyPics partner STEM Advantage, an organization that prepares and inspires women and underserved communities to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and math via mentorships, scholarships, internships, and professional development workshops.     Through our mentoring initiative, Passing the Torch, and early careers Emerging Talent Programs, students can learn and grow within the entertainment industry. #SonyPicsEmployee, Emily Villalba (Associate Software Engineer), an alum of this program, was recently honored as the Los Angeles Business Journal’s NextGen Woman of the Year.
