That’s why we’re committed to recruiting 85,000 refugees and training 17,000 by the end of 2027. Refugees like Noman Safi possess invaluable skills and experiences. Noman is a refugee from Afghanistan who speaks five languages, has a computer science degree and a background as a freelance web developer and e-commerce entrepreneur. Noman discovered the Humando programme during his French classes with the non-profit organisation Each One. The programme offered #Salesforce training. Noman had experience with Salesforce from his work and studies and was excited to take the training and pursue a career in IT.
