To all in this group. Your dealer M/s.Lakshmi Tata Motors, OMR, chennai 600097 has been worst. Post December flood, my new car which was guven to them for checking in 21st Dec 2023, was guven back to me half done after frequest follow up of 5 months. I was given my car on 30th May 2024. After i checked the cars cinditiin i gave back to them on 15th June 2024, till.now there is no update. My escalations to customercare@tatamotors.com are in vain and just a post master's job is done. My 2 registered letters to your CEO at your Mumbai Office were never answered. I too belong to Tata Group and was given Gold membership which is of no use. Both Tata Motors and dealer do not have any empathy for the customer. For 6 months inhad undergone lot of mental strain and much onntravelling expenses. No spares, awaiting spares,, we will get back are only the responses i.am getting.

1wTata team, I have very bad experience with nexon petrol variant,purchased in 2021, got rusted entire body which is not at all acceptable in short span in what ever used condition. Have you really following the painting process and your cars compatible with Indian weather conditions??now it's billion dollar question for TATA leaders , How ever I'm not touching your egos,I'm asking simple basic process at the time of build, again million dollar question, what is build quality?? Any ways it's wrost build quality your producing for Indian market. Again your servicing centers are horrible in terms of maintain the 5S and provide the quality of service. Paint shops are pathetic condition,basics are missing like,no humidity meter,air pressure regulators,really don't know the moisture content in air,temperature not maintained in the booth,again basics are missing very badly...this is not expecting from OEM.. your service cost is very high compare to Maruti and Honda..certainly you need to improve the product quality to competent with Global brands if not atleast Chinese products.
