An inclusive workforce is a great workforce for every partner! I am proud to be an alumni partner. #ProudToBeAPartner.
Starbucks is always Professional and with quality product EVEN if otherwise biased like classy or concerned that coffee-tea can stop breathing BUT the customer is always right or whatever and the customer wanted a double espresso for a dirty iced ventē Chai sometimes. Really, I'd uptaked my Starbucks treats as a homeless woman,cuz,y.o.l.o. and again they're welcoming<✓3 #heresto
Health coverage that's too expensive for the typical hourly employee, ridiculous time pressures and quality expectations for the completion and hand off of an increasingly complex drink menu and a company committed to union busting adds up to not much more than PR smoke and mirrors and lip service equality.
really because one of your employees completely discriminated against my LGBTQ kid in LA and I reached out to corporate and no one has gotten back to me it’s disgusting- still waiting for someone to address this

Starbucks has been a leader in LGBTQ+ inclusion since its elite days. I’m glad to see that nothing has changed. 🌈

3wI’ve personally been affected by transphobia while working on the floor and standing by LGBTQ+ associates at the brick-and-mortar stores would go a long way. More than just having a flag or corporate messaging. Give everyone a pride pin (instead of making us pay for it).
