This month, Starbucks and our Disability Advocacy Network are celebrating Disability Pride Month grounded in the theme, "Courageous Together," as we honor the contributions and diverse experiences of individuals with disabilities, their families and friends.   Meet Jonathan, a 6-year partner (employee) and member of the Disability Advocacy Network.  "Being part of the Disability Advocacy Network (DAN) has been transformative for me, and it means more than just membership – it’s a community where we share facts, stories, and common struggles. We understand that everyone has special abilities, and together, we belong. Our human connections give us purpose and help us move forward." For our people, by our people, Partner Networks (employee resource groups) create moments of connection that promote diversity, foster inclusion and contribute to our personal and professional success.
