You guys bring up new features and all on social media but on the same time. People smoke weed and drugs and put snap on the stories which you allow. One side there is safety concern and content like us e of drugs shouldn’t be uploaded and be banned but you guys freely allow to be shown on social media. Double standards. I heard recently many social media platforms charged with heavy penalties related to these safety disputes but still social Media platforms didn’t learn. I am attaching the screenshot of one story of today. This is put by one Snapchat user

Snap AR Snap Inc. Snap for Business Dear snap Inc, I'm sorry to inform you but you are really incompetent with customer support. Truly speaking for nine weeks now I haven't been able to get support and that's also including my hundred plus emails that have been ignored or given a reply with useless information but there is also the emails that only got the automated response that's it. You've been ignoring me for so long and I've grown tired of it but day by day you continue to get away with banning people for no reason at all and denying their appeals. Your platform isn't safe or helpful, it is toxic and overall your employees haven't even taken criticism well because they just block you immediately when you try to bring up this problem and it's like you guys want to ignore it even though it's a huge issue going around affecting a lot of people in the world. Then don't give me started with the constant spying on users and their private conversations, the AI that has been forced onto us can literally tell you we watch every message you say and also track your location even though location tracking is off.what else do I want to say, I want to say if you're not going to fix these rampant issues you're going to get sued

there really is no one to talk to at snapchat I only receive messages automated by a robot that does not understand my request for assistance my account has more than 130k followers was blocked for no reason and no one to help us even though we are the creators of content brings the application to life
