Check out this interactive tour of the Launchbox Flexible Warehouse Suites project our team designed for owner-operator The Rosenblum Companies in Latham, NY! The 63,000 square-foot industrial building from the 1970s has undergone a complete gut renovation. Key upgrades include: ➜ Modernized building envelope ➜ Electric air source heat pumps replacing the old gas system ➜ Energy recovery ventilation for better indoor air quality Now, the building operates without fossil fuels, preventing 423.9 metric tons of CO2 emissions annually. Its energy use intensity is projected to be 40% lower than a typical warehouse. Plus, with a 417kW rooftop solar PV array, Launchbox is on track to achieve net zero energy consumption.
