PLEASE SHARE THIS POST! THE SYSTEM IS NOT Working! Passionate about this! THANK GOD leaders like Matthew Reiger, CEO of HTG and other COMPANIES LIKe HTG are working hard to build livable homes that are affordable! We need the actual development of middle-class housing, but we need to help the middle class have access to beautifully designed living styles that do not encourage crime or real estate devaluation of property ( hence development approval by surrounding communities) to restore dignity to American dreams and the safety of families and individuals who through no fault of their own, cannot pay the market rates. Homeless families have no opportunity to compete for jobs and succumb to a national malaise in drug escapism and crime our government is ignoring! State financial incentives to developers and construction companies need to change to a better system, and will ALSO help build the workforce that supports the wealthy that builders like to build for, as well as general economic development and prosperity! Thank you for sharing so people are aware - you never know when a life calamity may put YOU in needing an affordable home!
