WAREHOUSE & DISTRIBUTION HEAD

If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Customer Service & Logistics team as a Warehouse and Distribution Head. You’ll be responsible to guarantee perfect execution of warehouse and distribution processes for Colombia operation, ensuring the best service level at the best cost, while leading continuous improvement actions with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives. This hybrid role is located in Bogotá with the expectation to be in the office 3 days and 2 at home office – subject to change.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

• Supplier Contracts Execution: Guarantee execution of all the supplier contracts statements, ensuring integrity and transparency.
• Service Level Excellence: Guarantee outperforming service levels, according to business metrics and clients segmentation and leading initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Customer Engagement: Schedule and execute visit customers, having an active role in proposing alternatives, search for participation in their projects and create synergies.
• Product Rotation Management: Follow-up product rotation, making faster decisions to avoid increase in warehousing costs and design alerts regarding slow movers and SKUs with low performance.
• Logistics Cost Optimization: Ensure best in class logistics cost, guaranteeing the right suppliers for each logistic corridor and continuously seek for profitable alternatives. Avoid deviations, but if occur, design sustainable action plans.
