Job Summary:


We are seeking a talented and results-driven Bonds Account Manager to join the growing team with Bender Insurance Solutions. The role of the Bond Account Manager is to provide a superior customer experience to clients through prompt, accurate and courteous service. A successful Bond Account Manager will be able to complete the following responsibilities while upholding the mission of Bender Insurance Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surety Consulting: Serve as a professional surety consultant, including advocating for your clients and designing surety programs
  • Client Engagement: Promptly respond to client requests and maintaining superior service
  • Submission Preparation: Prepare submissions for midsize to larger complex bond accounts to surety companies
  • Account Management: Maintain account-related files, handle paperwork, and conduct ongoing file reviews/audits
  • Financial Transactions: Invoice transactions and follow-up on premium collection


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ surety experience, including a basic knowledge of surety terminology, concepts, and workings
  • Hold a CA Property and Casualty Agent/Broker license in good standing
  • Hold a Notary Public Commission
  • Ability to get appointed with Surety carriers
  • Ability to set priorities and complete tasks efficiently and effectively with high levels of accuracy
  • Experience using Applied Epic preferred
