Software Development Manager

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Software Development Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor/develop a team of 7 software developers
  • Strategic vision and hands on coding- 80% management 20% hands on coding
  • Manage the success of software development life cycles
  • Create a fun, fast paced, and rewarding environment for team members

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years of full stack software development experience (Microsoft tech stack)
  • 4+ years of direct people management experience
  • Cloud (Azure) experience is a plus
