Lead Sales Executive in Building Materials Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development: Drive revenue and profitability through effective strategies in traditional, national account, and commercial sales channels.

Planning and Budgeting: Develop annual sales plans and regional budgets aligned with corporate objectives.

Representation: Serve as a company representative at key trade shows and customer events.

Talent Development: Mentor and prepare team members for future leadership roles.

Project Management: Handle multiple projects concurrently with efficient prioritization.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability in leading sales initiatives.

Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations and market dynamics.

Education And Experience

Degree: Bachelor's in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.

Experience: 7-10 years in the consumer durable products industry, ideally in sales, product management, or marketing.

Further Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Success Record: Demonstrated success in expanding sales channels and fostering lasting customer relationships.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
