As a Quality & Care Senior Manager within our Maison, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence and that our customers have an exceptional experience with our unique products.

Job responsibilities

Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Implementing and maintaining quality control systems to monitor and improve product quality.
  • Developing and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures to meet industry regulations and standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections of products, processes, and retail environments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyzing data and feedback to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Providing training and guidance to retail teams on quality requirements and best practices.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers to ensure quality standards throughout the supply chain.
  • Investigating customer complaints and implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Leading quality improvement projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and technologies related to quality management and retail operations.
  • Collaborating with Central teams to ensure a WW sharing of best practices and quality referential.

Profile

Skills And Competenticies

  • At least 6-8 years of experience in quality management, preferably within the luxury goods or retail industry. Keen eye for details and a passion for delivering exceptional products and services.
  • Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and customer care principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work across different functional areas (Corporate and Retail) and different levels of organization.
  • Strong leadership skills and problem solving.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quality management software.

The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $120,000 - $140,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
