Our HRBPs assess, coach, and influence the company as we scale and evolve to enable our teams to accomplish amazing things. As our COEs have matured, our HRBPs are gaining increasing capacity to partner with the business leaders to create mechanisms and solutions that align their business and talent strategies.

About the Role

We're hiring a Sr. HRBP to work with our Engineering organization. This role will be the HRBP to several key business vertical leaders across the engineering organization. This role will not only work directly with several members of the Engineering leadership team as a strategic partner to deliver on this mission, but also dive deep into the organization's challenges by providing tactical support of daily challenges. Expertise in Org Planning, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Talent Management, Compensation, and Talent Development are critical to the success in this role. Experience supporting Engineering teams is a bonus. This role reports to the Senior Director overseeing our Technical HR Team.

  • You have experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture where the business is continually evolving
  • You have the ability to think critically and anticipate issues before they arise, and proactively suggest long-term solutions
  • You have stellar project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and discipline to organize and prioritize

Compensation

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

California Pay Range:

$172,000—$258,000 USD
