Senior Manager, Sales Strategy - Walmart Data Ventures
We're looking for a motivated Senior Manager to join our dynamic Sales Center of Excellence team. You have excellent process management & analytical chops, understand the need for and foster teamwork, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. To be successful, you are curious, responsible with your time, and able to develop an excellent partnership with your teammates and Data Ventures partners.
This position is onsite at Walmart's headquarters in Bentonville, AR.

Data Ventures exists to unlock the full value of Walmart’s data by developing and productizing B2B data initiatives that empower merchants and suppliers to make better, faster decisions for the business. As part of this transformation, we’re looking for individuals to help bring data productization from concept to deployment.
What you'll do:
Lead annual planning of sales goals and manage Sales Incentive Plan
Manage Sales Strategy team responsible for supporting needs of Business Development and Account Management responsibilities
Establish and maintain KPI and other metrics used to measure performance
Develop formal reporting packages for sales effectiveness and productivity
Conduct sales productivity analysis and provide applicable recommendations
Continue to set up the foundation for reporting capabilities and tracking mechanisms in Salesforce, working in partnership with Tech Ops & Marketing
Improve lead qualifications and manage pipeline reporting
Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendation to solve business issue
Support management in strategic, operational planning and ensure decisions align overall Walmart Luminate sales approach and goals
Build ad-hoc projects related to business growth in new markets and projects
What you'll bring:
BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales operations, sales solutions, sales strategy, or strategic finance
Experience working across team members such as Product, Marketing, Business Development, Account Management, and WDV Leadership.
Experience driving insights along with qualitative inputs to develop a sales strategy that is aligned with Walmart Luminate’s overall GTM narrative.
Expertise in Excel (can perform complex functions) , Salesforce, SQL relational databases and BI tools like PowerBI
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions performed by support teams
Experience developing or overseeing quantitative analysis and delivering applicable insights

Compensation:
This associate will be eligible for a base salary, annual bonus, and annual equity (RSU) grant.
-Base: $90,000-$150,000
-Bonus: 20%
-Equity Grant: $25,000
