We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive our advisors' sales performance to new heights.


Job Description: As Manager of Advisory Sales, you will play a key role in our company’s strategic goal to promote and expand our service offering to new clients and within new markets. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the sales activities of our advisors within the Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) environment. Your primary focus will be on driving new client growth, improving advisor performance, and ensuring high levels of client engagement. This position will report directly to our Chief Growth Officer and will require collaboration with marketing, operations, and client service teams within the company.


Key Responsibilities:

The role will require utilizing a structure approach to managing a team of wealth advisors focused on the following key areas:

  • Outbound: Monitor and analyze advisor outbound sales activity to ensure consistent and effective client outreach.
  • Leads: Manage the distribution and follow-up of leads to maximize conversion rates and uncover sales opportunities.
  • Pitches: Develop and refine sales pitches and presentations to align with client needs and company goals.
  • Initial Meetings: Oversee the scheduling, execution, and follow up of initial client meetings to ensure productive and professional engagements.
  • Closing Meetings: Guide advisors through the closing process to ensure successful client acquisition.
  • Client Experience: Address client concerns and issues promptly, working with advisors to resolve problems and improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Additional: Additional responsibilities may include training, performance reviews, and strategic planning to drive overall sales effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented candidate who has proven experience in a sales management role at a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) or Broker Dealer (wirehouse).
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire those around you to achieve corporate objective related to new business development.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Must have strong written communication skills that allow you to connect with the advisors and other members of the team.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and create actionable strategies based on predictive elements.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Integrity must be at the core of everything you do, and you possess the highest of ethical standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) preferred.
