We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales admin team!
USA Bath is one of Northern California's largest and fastest growing home bathroom remodeling companies with over 18 years in the industry. The right candidate will help us achieve our goals and effectively communicate with our customers. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives working directly with our Director of Sales.
Starting pay offered is $24 per hour, depending on your experience!

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and help our team achieve sales targets. This position has great opportunity for advancement and increased income with a proven skillset.
Your day to day will include:
Process orders via email or phone, DocuSign & CRM
Check data accuracy in orders and contracts
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
Liaise with the production department to ensure timely scheduling
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Manage project documents - Monday.com
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
Stay up-to-date with new products and features
Requirements
2+ years of Work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (SalesForce in particular)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus but not required
Willing to work in person from out West Sacramento Office
