In This Role, You'll Be
Leading and mentoring our tax team, ensuring high performance and a positive work environment
Reviewing federal and state income tax returns for individuals and businesses across various industries
Conducting tax research and implementing process improvements
Providing expert tax planning advice to clients and guiding the management team on staffing and growth strategies
Requirements
5+ years of public accounting/tax experience, with a CPA license
Strong leadership and management skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's degree preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
