In this position you will be responsible for the following:
Analyzing market trends
Identifying opportunities for growth and devising plans to capitalize on these opportunities
Create targeted sales initiatives that drive revenue and market share
Knowledge of the Commercial Project Lighting sales channel
Knowledge including pricing structures, key account management, and new business development, with a proven track record of success
A regional sales manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the region. You will establish trust and a good working relationship with clients that will drive customer loyalty and long-term success.
What it takes to succeed:
You will need 3 years’ experience working with the Primary Lighting Agency network in the U.S. (Agencies with 80+ Lighting and Controls Brands). Having Architectural and White goods product knowledge is required. Along with having knowledge of Electrical Distributors’ role in the market and stock sales is required.
