We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to work remotely and cover the Southeast region. This individual will be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative company and want to join a rapidly growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual looking to make an impact on our product sales and visibility in the Southeast region.
Responsibilities:
Consistent execution of calling on new and existing accounts
Develop pricing and profitability goals for region
Work with distributor to ensure inventory levels maintained
Identify new account opportunities and oversee program execution to achieve sale volumes
Collaborate on and develop effective distributor programs reflecting brand initiatives
Motivate distributor sales team, act as company spokesman, and inspire confidence/respect
Conduct sales meetings and product presentations for distributor and accounts
Work closely with strategic accounts team to develop relationships
Manage promotion budgets and analyze quarterly orders and depletion reports
Stay on top of competitive performance and monitor market conditions to enhance position and consumer needs
Requirements:
Bachelors degree required
Minimum six plus years required of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry
Thorough understanding of the three-tier system
Proven success in territory sales management
Focused and aggressive sales personality, needing minimal supervision
Hands-on strategist with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Results-driven and self-motivated
Organized and detail-oriented
