Role: Regional Channel Manager


Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving channel sales and exceeding customer expectations? Mosaic NetworX is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Regional Channel Manager. In this role, you will play an integral part in influencing new revenue generation, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. You will be at the forefront of our channel sales strategy, contributing directly to the company's success. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our sales initiatives, ensuring that we not only meet but surpass revenue goals. 


Responsibilities:


Sales:

  • Drive sales, profitability, and growth percentage within the business unit.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new customers to ensure future success expectations.
  • Prepare and implement sales and marketing action plans and strategies.
  • Develop key networking partnerships with Master Agents, Sub Agents, IT VARs, and MSPs.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities using various media channels.
  • Build and maintain a Partner database of sales and prospecting activities.
  • Report sales activities and production in CRM.
  • Build and lead a loyal agent team consisting of high-performing technology sellers.

Partner-Facing Communications:

  • Maintain a highly active, daily partner engagement schedule.
  • Qualify partner opportunities to ensure high probability, and push for customer-facing discovery calls.
  • Set and manage proper partner expectations.
  • Proactively manage expedites and escalations.
  • Deliver a world-class Partner Experience (PX) every day as a critical differentiator of Mosaic NetworX.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Track and understand industry and marketplace trends.
  • Work with executive management across functional boundaries to develop and promote new and innovative products.
  • Collaborate with executive and business operations teams to affect process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of SDWAN technology.
  • Knowledge of Global Carrier aggregation.
  • Open communication and amazing follow-up skills.
  • Knowledge of basic business principles.
  • Critical and creative thinking skills to analyze problems and seek solutions.
  • Excellent customer experience skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude about the company, colleagues, and customers.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required
  • Bachelor’s degree, required
  • 3-5 years of B2B IT sales solutions experience or partner management experience, with proven documentation preferred 

Salaries & 401k:

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.


Range: $90k - $150k
