We are growing and currently looking to bring on a Receiving Lead, Materials & Storeroom.
The Receiving Lead will support the Accoya USA Kingsport site in management of incoming delivered materials, storage and accounting of materials, equipment maintenance and preservation, updates of the CMMS Ultimo system, update of goods receipt data, and other assigned duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming materials. This includes communication with shipping/trucking personnel and use of forklifts and other equipment to safely offload shipments,
Transport and store the materials in the correct “storeroom” location
Learn and “own” the Ultimo materials management capability.
Record accurate and complete receipts electronically including Ultimo update. Report discrepancies, shortage, quality defects.
Work closely with Accoya USA Procurement on quality issues and warrantees
Manage stocking quantities and recommend stock replenishment to minimum stock level
Fully monitor PO log for incoming materials and alert Accoya USA of pending or late deliveries
Oversee site lubrication stock for quantity and quality. Work closely with the lubrication supplier on oil sampling to ensure quality
Stage and prepare (skid or bag and tag) all materials in work packages.
Collaborate with team members in Maintenance, Procurement, and Operations to ensure overall inventory of supplies is meeting site manufacturing needs

Knowledge/Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
A strong understanding of and experience with equipment encountered in projects in chemical industry (pumps, valves, piping components, instruments, mechanical power transmission, etc.)
Skills & Competencies:
Very high safety mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Full proficiency in English (writing and speaking)
Computer skills (including Microsoft office, especially Excel competence)
Very reliable attendance, organizational skills, and team-oriented performance with excellent dependability
Qualifications:
Valid TN Driver’s license without restriction
Minimum High School diploma or GED
Ability to obtain forklift certification
Physical Profile Requirements
The position will require ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, moving in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces, remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods, moving to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another, adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions, lifting or carrying objects up to 25 pounds, regularly communicating with others to exchange information, repeating motions that may include the feet, legs, hips, back, wrists, hands and/or fingers, operating machinery and/or power tools, Operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment, assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned. Must be capable of operating a standard 1/2-ton pick-up for occasional delivery and pick-up of materials and personnel and hold a valid, unrestricted motor vehicle operator’s license issued by the state of residence, and the manual dexterity necessary to operate a standard desktop computer keyboard. Work may be performed in low temperatures, high temperatures, outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind, noisy environments, and with hazardous conditions, in small and/or enclosed spaces.
