Practice Manager - Cayuga Immediate Care

Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a fiscal plan for the practice, monitor patient revenues, and control operating expenses Ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and resolve complaints within required time frames Facilitate staff hiring, training, and ongoing professional development Oversee regulatory compliance, including timely audits and updates on state regulations affecting the practice Lead process improvement initiatives and manage operational changes effectively Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare management with a m inimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting Proven experience in budget management and financial reporting for healthcare practices (3+ years) Strong leadership skills, including team management and staff development (3+ years) In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit processes (2+ years) Experience with patient satisfaction initiatives and customer service strategies (2+ years ) Preferred Skills and Experience: Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) preferred Advanced degree in healthcare administration or a related field Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement training preferred Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Physical Requirements: Sitting: Up to 50% Standing: Up to 40% Reaching: Up to 10% Bending: Up to 10% Lifting: Must be able to lift 40 lbs
