The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is full of emotion – frustration, confusion, hope, gratitude. When Geffen Playhouse tapped UCLA Health for support on their latest production, 'tiny father,' NICU nurse Emily Rogers, RN, provided insights from her experience to prepare actors for their roles. The drama digs deep into the emotions of a new dad who must navigate the premature arrival of his daughter. Rogers was involved in musical theater growing up, so she was excited and honored to guide cast and crew in portraying the hospital setting adequately. The West Coast premiere of “tiny father,” featuring Tiffany Villarin and Maurice Williams, continues through Sunday, July 14. Learn more: https://ucla.in/3XYmeqG
