Requirements and preferred experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management or like-minded curriculum
5+ years experience in a custom, made-to-order/Job-Shop environment
5+ years in metal or steel fabrication environment
Proven experience & successes in implementing LEAN/CI Methodologies & Practices
