As a Plant Manager (also known as Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager), you'll be responsible for leading a safe and efficient plant culture, ensuring product quality control, meeting plant production goals, managing specific cost controls, and coordinating plant operations. You'll also work closely with department managers, select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff, and foster a well-trained and motivated team.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with at least 4 years in a similar position.
Experience managing people/projects, with a focus on continuous improvement, budgeting/forecasting, high-level operations analysis, lean manufacturing principles, leadership/people management, and labor management systems knowledge.
