As we continue to expand our presence in the US market, we are seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth in retail sales.  


About the role

Please note this role is based in the US, and we are unable to sponsor visas at this time.


We are seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager to lead our sales effort in the US Market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and account management with a focus on building our retail sales channel within big box retail chains.


You will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Manage a network of Sales Agents that represent the brand within retail accounts
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts


What about you?

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience in Retail sales, Distributor sales, or Big Box sales
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in outside sales and account management is required
  • Interest in joining an international company with aggressive growth goals in the future
  • Knowledge of the brewing industry and passion for craft beer is a plus
