Actively manage and grow overall sales by focusing on the top-tier distributor accounts. Based in Spring Hill FL office.
○ Manage the sales team to reach out to key accounts to find new opportunities for sales growth.
○ Assign accounts and regional responsibilities in the CRM
○ Set & track KPIs for sales revenue and profitability by customer account, customer group, region and salesman.
○ Oversee special price quoting for high volume opportunities and on-going programs & track win percentage
○ Review, manage and approve rebate programs with key accounts
○ Analyze & track sales by region and salesman to evaluate and improve performance.
○ Oversee customer service team and monitor customer satisfaction.
○ Travel to national shows and key account meetings as needed.

Specific sales growth & profit targets for top 50 Tier 1 accounts
General sales growth & profit for top 500 Tier 2 accounts
General sales growth & profit for each region and each salesman
Targets for # accounts above $10K and $50K in each region
Targets for # volume quote requests and win percentage
