Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Managing Director - Development at Price Development Group in Dallas, TX. The Managing Director will be responsible for leading and overseeing acquisition and development opportunities for residential and mixed-use projects. This includes decision-making, project planning, financial analysis, and team management. The Managing Director will also be responsible for ensuring the success of projects and creating superior investor value.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in property development, acquisitions, and development management
• In-depth knowledge of residential and mixed-use projects
• Financial analysis and investment evaluation skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or related field preferred (master's degree preferred)
• Experience working in the Dallas, TX market is a plus
