Laboratory technician, Embryology (Agriculture)

We are currently looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our team at our Boviteq Gilbert, Arizona Lab. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the positive and professional relationships Semex & Boviteq have built with our global customers, breeders, distributors, and partners.

What you will do:

• Participate in the Embryo Production process
• Maturation, fertilization, and culture of bovine oocytes 
• Freezing, grading, and packaging of embryos for shipment 
• Comply with production SOPs, schedules and USDA export regulations
• Maintain and monitor materials, equipment and data entry
• Support training
  
  

What you need to be successful:

• Degree in Biotechnologies or diploma required 
• Knowledge of microscopes, pipetting, and aseptic techniques
• Experience in a production laboratory under sterile conditions
• Must be a team player
