Summary

Support the execution of experiments and the daily operation of the R&D lab. Perform routine laboratory activities based on established procedures. Help maintain lab equipment and analytical devices.

Key Accountabilities

• Supports R&D projects through execution of routine lab activities based on established procedures
• Performs general lab support activities, including cleaning glassware and autoclave operations
• Inventories and stocks of lab supplies
• Assists with laboratory organization initiatives
• Communicates effectively within the R&D team
• Maintains safety compliance in the laboratory
• Supports a culture of process improvement and problem-solving
• Demonstrates an openness to trying new approaches
• Is willing to take on new challenges

Required Skills

• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is required
• Prior experience in a biotechnology laboratory background
• Strong proficiency with word processing, database, and statistical computer software.
• Strong and professional communication skills. (written and verbal)
• Demonstrated proficiency with standard laboratory equipment.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
