Information Technology Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support all local & cloud-based IT systems for the PA region.

Administer IT systems as defined by Global IT policies and procedures.

Maintain asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment.

Ensure proper IT system security by adhering to corporate IT security policies and security industry best practices.

Champion Diversity & Inclusion in line with the Company Guidelines.

Formal qualifications required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 or more years of technical experiences in an enterprise business system environment.
• Ability to provide technical IT system support directly to end users.
• Basic understating of network infrastructure, telecommunications, servers, workstations, hardware, operating systems, and peripherals.

• Self-driven task management
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative, including performance of duties exercising independent judgement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Operating Systems, server, workstation, and overall administration
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 client and system administration
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment – to effectively listen, challenge and communicate
• Demonstrated professional interpersonal and communication skills, including conflict resolution
• Experience working in a mixed factory/office environment preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to manage and function in a multiple reporting relationship structure
• Ability to work with stakeholders to define business and system requirements for new technology implementations
