CorInsurance is seeking a full-time, on-site Health and Life Insurance Account Manager in our Sioux Falls community!

As a Health and Life Insurance Account Manager, incumbents will support CorTrust's mission and business objectives by providing new, prospective, and existing customers with an exceptional insurance experience. They will work with customers to provide risk-based solutions to customer’s insurance needs in a responsive, effective, and appropriate manner. This position will interact directly with customers to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, enroll, and renew policies and assist health and life insurance agents with developing and retaining customers.

Daily Duties For This Position

  • Provide exceptional customer service while responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  • Assist in the resolution of questions or issues that may arise.
  • Accurately and efficiently process system data and manage document retention.
  • Adhere to all Company and Insurer policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate dependability and flexibility, responding to support requests promptly.
  • Respond positively and efficiently to other duties, responsibilities and activities as may be assigned.
  • Maintain working knowledge of health insurance lines and life insurance lines.
  • Perform all duties with general understanding of regulatory, transaction, reputation, and cybersecurity risks to the business.

  • Ability to understand and abide by the Bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain valid South Dakota health and life insurance licenses issued by the South Dakota Division of Insurance.
  • Insurance experience preferred but not required based on other business experience.
