Job Title: Food Service Regional Sales Manager

Position Summary

Location: Los Angeles and Las Vegas areas (Remote, within driving commuting distance to Los Angeles)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth within the Los Angeles and Las Vegas regions
  • Develop food service accounts and expand distributor sales
  • Oversee brokers and participate in trade shows
  • Conduct weekly calls and manage trade spend
  • Provide sales training and deliver customer presentations
  • Facilitate product sampling and foster strong relationships with customers, food distributors, and brokers
  • Craft customer-specific growth strategies and utilize data analysis to drive profitable sales growth

Essential Job Functions

  • Achieve Bridor's annual goals for profitability, volume, and new product launches
  • Seek new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
  • Cultivate relationships with key industry players to ensure growth
  • Craft and adapt annual business plans to address market trends and competition
  • Lead and support broker representatives to achieve sales objectives
  • Provide input on pricing, shelf placement, and other sales strategies
  • Collaborate with finance experts to maintain competitive pricing
  • Monitor SKU forecasts to ensure accuracy
  • Stay informed about market strategies and share insights with the team
  • Identify and pursue new sales and profit opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of regional sales experience selling to food service accounts in the Los Angeles area
  • Proven track record of job stability and career progression
  • Proficiency in creating presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
  • Working knowledge of marketing, analytics, and customer development
  • Excellent sales negotiating and closing skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding analytical skills
  • Territory sales experience selling premium quality baking products to food service accounts is a plus

Working Conditions

  • This position is remotely based within driving commuting distance to the Los Angeles area
  • Expect a minimum 40-hour workweek with occasional weekends
  • Travel required for the position is 50% - 70%
  • Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and current automobile insurance coverage

Pay & Benefits

  • Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + annual performance bonus with advancement opportunities + monthly stipend/car allowance
  • Comprehensive Benefits Plan: Including generous PTO time and 401K with 6% company match
