Demand Planning Manager

The team is looking for an experienced demand planning professional to join during a system implementation and further develop the demand planning processes with an efficient system.

Demand Planning Manager Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and updating a formalized demand planning process and SOPs
• Leverage and formulate new processes and procedures for demand planning and customer collaboration through new system implementation
• Ensure accurate forecasting 24 months out through weekly meetings to discuss these monthly forecasts
• Interact with retail customers to ensure the team has accurate information for customer forecasting

Demand Planning Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of supply chain planning experience, demand planning preferred
• 3+ years of managerial experience
• Ability to interact with customers
• Ability to work through a system implementation
• Ability to interact and forecast across multiple business units
