- Evaluate, coach, and lead CSR's in accordance with customer service processes and procedures
- Assist the Customer Service Manager in managing and leading the Customer Service Department
- Train new CSRs on systems, policies, processes, and procedures
- Monitor call queues in real-time to ensure high-level service and respond to unfavorable call trends
- Resolve escalated calls and provide direction and support to staff
- Must have 3 years of Customer Service supervisory experience
- College degree preferred
- 3 years of Insurance experience preferred
- Working experience with MS-Office, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- IVR management skills
- CCaaS experience management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in IVR management or CCaaS experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
