Job Title: Controls Engineering Manager

Location: Willoughby, OH On-Site

Salary: $120k-130,000k DOE

Requirements: BS in Electrical Engineering or related field, 5+ Years in Motion Controls & Automation, 3+ years in a management or supervisory role

Position Overview: The Controls Engineering Manager will oversee the design, development, and implementation of automated control systems for production processes. They will direct the activities of the controls engineering team and ensure the projects are completed on time and within budget. The Controls Engineering Manager will also be responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of the existing control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve automated control systems for production processes
• Design electrical systems for automated control systems
• Manage the activities of the controls engineering team
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing control systems
• Perform automation and integration tasks
• Program Rockwell and Studio 5000 software
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field )
• 5+ years of experience with motion controls engineering
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Knowledge of automation and integration processes
• Proficiency in PLC Programming, Rockwell and Studio 5000 software
