Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Computational Fluid Dynamics Engineer. As a Computational Fluid Dynamics Engineer, you will be responsible for performing thermal analysis, heat transfer analysis, aerodynamics analysis, and fluid mechanics analysis. You will apply your expertise in fluid dynamics to solve complex problems and optimize designs. This role requires working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Experience with OpenFOAM or ANSYS Fluent
Thermal Analysis, Heat Transfer, and Fluid Mechanics skills
Aerodynamics and Fluid Dynamics skills
Experience in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations
Proficiency in using CFD software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the automotive or aerospace industry is a plus
Master's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
