Our client is a large tech company specializing in the energy sector and is hiring a Compensation Specialist who will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery and administration of equity-based compensation programs and processes for the firm.
Responsibilities
Support ongoing, review, and refinement of equity compensation programs by identifying process improvements and conducting targeted research and analysis
Audit the administrative agent and payroll provider to ensure the accuracy of all aspects of the firm’s equity program
Liaise between the administrative agent and payroll provider on equity-related matters
Develop communication materials to educate management and employees on the benefits of equity-based compensation
Provide ad-hoc compensation analytics and reporting
Conduct research on compensation practices and policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
2-4 years of previous HR experience
Extensive experience in equity administration
Ability to take full ownership of assigned projects and see projects through to completion
Salary Range
$90,000-$120,000
