Location: Remote – USA

As a Compensation Partner at Revecore, you will:

Take the lead in designing and implementing Revecore’s enterprise job architecture as well as evaluate and evolve compensation programs throughout our growing organization. This position is a key role in our HR organization and will lead data and compensation analytics support for our compensation structures, processes and programs. This role will partner with members of the HR leadership team as well as business stakeholders to deliver projects and insights that allow us to attract, motivate and reward our talent. Key accountabilities include ownership of our job architecture, compensation framework and philosophy, market insights, data analysis and compensation processes.

The Role:

Job Architecture and Evaluation

  • Establish and maintain a job architecture that enables differentiated job levels/grades and pay structures for a meaningful total rewards framework
  • Enable the effective evaluation of all roles utilizing job leveling criteria for alignment into the enterprise job architecture
  • Assess job descriptions to determine the appropriate FLSA exemption classification and maintain the determinations with a job description library


Compensation and Market Analysis

  • Benchmark jobs against internal roles, survey data, and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges that attract and retain our talent
  • Maintain external market data intelligence and serve as subject matter expert on market data, applicable compensation regulations, and related reporting
  • Partner closely with Finance to ensure compensation data aligns effectively with annual budgeting
  • In partnership with HR and Business Leadership, support future organizational growth through potential acquisitions, with ownership of key compensation-related due diligence and integration activities
  • Conduct ongoing analysis to provide job architecture and/or compensation-related insights to support data-driven decision making


Program Management and Implementation Support

  • Provide support and guidance to the HR team throughout the implementation of a new Human Capital Management system
  • In partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR Leadership, prepare compensation recommendations to facilitate promotions, lateral job changes, and other internal mobility scenarios
  • Manage bonus programs, in partnership with Finance and CHRO, to ensure governance over plan eligibility, participation, and guidelines
  • Act as the program manager for the Annual Compensation Cycle, supporting the education of managers on the process and timeline, reviewing merit, adjustment, and promotion recommendations, and providing rollup reporting to Business and HR Leadership
  • Develop education/communication materials on compensation fundamentals and identify opportunities to unify, standardize, and enhance existing frameworks


You will be successful if you have:

  • 4+ years of proven experience specializing in compensation design, job architecture and total rewards packages
  • Technical expertise in compensation and related components (e.g. legal and regulatory requirements)
  • Proven track record in crafting and refining compensation processes, using internal and external tools
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, with the ability to develop insightful people data analytics, dashboards and reports
  • Demonstrated experience with collecting, analyzing, reporting and presenting data
  • Ability to take initiative without established guidelines and procedures using independent judgment
  • Experience working within a multi-division organization and/or with acquisition integration preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite: especially Excel and Power Point
