Job Description:
- Lead and develop the sales team to penetrate mainstream markets.
- Establish and maintain communication with brands, developing strategies to increase market conversion and brand sales.
- Work closely with major clients, including Unilever, to sell their food products through local sales channels.
- Collaborate with brands to complete market sales activities and exceed sales targets.
- Enhance brand and product sales influence in the US domestic market.
- Participate in the growth and development of the sales team, which currently consists of 3-5 people.
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in the food industry.
- Proven ability to lead a sales team and develop new sales channels.
- Strong background in the food industry with local sales channels experience.
- Willingness to travel to visit clients as needed.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a growing sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work onsite and travel as required
